2017 Mainstreet Holiday Celebration

December 9, 2017

A day of celebration & holiday fun starts at 1pm!

1pm – Santa Fun Run (See the Chamber Website for Registration)

1-5pm – In-Store specials

1-5pm – Pictures with Santa

3pm – Horse drawn trolley rides

1-5pm – Gourmet funnel cakes food truck

1-5pm – Live music (carolers strolling the streets, and the brass quartet strolling)

5pm – Lights Parade through downtown – route is from the middle school, up past Kaz, down Oak Ave, and then past St Ignatius back to the middle school.

2017 Canadian Pacific Holiday Train

The Canadian Pacific Railway will be back for its 19th year to raise awareness for the local food shelf!

“The Holiday Train program is all about local food banks and food shelves and the critical role they play in our communities,” said Keith Creel, CP’s President and Chief Executive Officer. “People come for the beautifully-lit train and stay for the incredible show – all in the name of community.”

The Holiday Train will be accepting monetary donations, as well as food donations.  The train will stop in Annandale at the Lion’s Park at 715 pm.  Musicians Dallas Smith, Kelly Prescott & Terri Clark will perform a free concert from 730 – 8 pm – enjoy the show!
